Cancellation policy

I strive to give every client my full attention during our time together and last-minute schedule changes make it difficult to keep things running smoothly. I usually have a list of clients waiting for a cancellation and I need adequate time to fill any spots that open or those valuable appointments go unused.

This is why I ask that you give me a minimum of 24 hours if you have to cancel your appointment. There is nothing I dislike more than charging for missed appointments, but there will be a $75 charge for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and a full charge of $90 for last-minute cancellations and no-shows ($150 for first visits). If I am able to fill your last-minute cancellation, I will gladly waive the cancellation fee.

I know that things come up and emergencies will obviously not be subject to these fees. Please just keep in mind that the time I reserve for you is valuable to me and to those who are waiting to get in for treatment. Thank you for respecting our time together!
